Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Returns

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect product

• A product with missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos of the package and product

• An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or any other mutually agreed method.
